Personal Pilates Exercise
A Pilates exercise session in our studio lets you tap into your inner strength and reduce some of the muscle and joint tensions of daily life.
Instructor Tania Huddart addresses the whole body by listening to lifestyle, health and exercise clues. She will support you as you seek to meet your health, fitness or performance goals.
Engage your mind and concentration, with the aid of breathing, to improve your focus and kinaesthetic understanding.
A Pilates exercise programme can support elite performers looking to sharpen their competitive edge as easily as it can help people who exercise for general fitness boost their flexibility and resilience.
For your first four sessions Tania works one-on-one with all new customers.
All Pilates exercise sessions are one hour long.

Tuesday to Thursday for Studio clients.
Friday to Sunday for instructor training courses when scheduled.

The four class card expires after 6 weeks
The eight class card expires after 10 weeks of purchase
How classes are structured
The first four classes are taught one-on-one and includes an assessment. Thereafter you participate in a session shared by one other person.
