My skills and experience — why I can help you

I am Tania  Huddart. I have skills and experience to help you and your business. I'm a certified neuro-linguistic practitioner and life coach.  I'm also a certified Pilates teacher, teacher trainer, and an experienced business owner. 

My background and approach

I have over 30 years of experience in the wellness and movement industries and have run my own business for over 18 years. During this time, I've had many business successes, but also a number of failures that taught me a lot!

As I well know, it takes courage to change how you do things and move forward. ​I love seeing people and their businesses grow. 

In my experience, a successful business should reflect your beliefs and values and give you the life you want.
