We encourage experienced instructors from diverse educational and instructional backgrounds to apply to become Hearts and Bones teacher trainers.
Our diversity is what makes us unique — it provides our students with a broad range of teaching styles and support.
We teach the beginner to advanced Pilates exercises on the mat, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, half barrel and step barrel with a contemporary approach. We encourages our instructors to find their own voice and style.

Tania is approachable, friendly, welcoming and respectful. I love the way she uses examples from sports, clients, and life and applies knowledge to individual needs. I especially appreciated the use of the skeleton to help me with anatomical understanding and gained new insight into the use of tactile, verbal, and imagery cues."
