What you'll learn

When you focus on creating flow, your classes will be more exciting. Your clients will feel challenged and you'll gain confidence as a teacher.

Designing your classes to flow is useful for any group classes. It will:
  • improve your clients’ focus and attention, leaving less room for exercise boredom to creep in
  • provide additional challenge without the exercises necessarily being more difficult
  • improve your clients' social interaction.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:
  • a variety of techniques to add flow to your class routine
  • to be more efficient and waste less time on adjusting equipment
  • how to make your classes more creative.

I found the workshop excellent — really practical, which is perfect for me.  I have already started to use some of the exercises.  So for me, the most valuable aspect of a workshop is being able to transfer ideas/exercises/imagery directly to my clients."
