How it works and coaching options

How it works

All meetings are held over Zoom — it’s free! Once you've signed up, you'll receive a meeting link for your first session. 

You'll also receive a discovery questionnaire to complete and send back a few days before our session to help me prepare. We don’t have to stick to the outline suggested in the questionnaire. But having a plan makes coaching sessions more effective and helps you get the most out of them.

Be prepared to take notes as we talk — video recordings can be supplied as needed.

What to expect from your coaching session

Each session is between 45 and 60 minutes long. I help you in a number of ways:
  • You can choose to identify and resolve limiting beliefs or emotions.
  • We can work on anchoring positive, resourceful states or help you gain clarity.
  • We can identify your core values — then we can craft an offering that aligns your goals with those of your business.

​During our session(s), you can ask me as many questions as you want and run ideas by me.

I offer 3 coaching options, with different levels of support and pricing.

Tailored Package
Perfect if you need some help, but don't feel you need longer term coaching.

Perfect if you need longer term coaching, or want to uncover, understand, and align your objectives.​
A great way to meet your specific goals!

erfect option for team-building events, workshops, or conferences. 
Includes:
  • pre-meeting email with a self-guided exercise to complete, and tips and tools to use straight away.
  • 2-hour coaching session — we dive deep into your problems and objectives, and develop strategies to get you closer to your goals
  • 30-minute follow-up accountability session
  • email support between sessions. 
Includes:
  • pre-session self-guided exercises
  • a 1.5 hour discovery session to help you develop strategies and start your coaching journey
  • 4 x follow-up, 45-minute coaching sessions 
  • 3 or 4 accountability emails
  • email support throughout.
