What you'll learn in each workshop

Use visualisation techniques and simple exercises for your neck, shoulders and face to:
  • help release tension from your upper body
  • strengthen your abdominals.

About the presenter — Tania Huddart

Tania is a highly skilled Pilates Instructor and teacher trainer. She has many years of experience teaching clients and student instructors and presenting Pilates workshops both nationally and internationally. Tania is the managing director of, and lead instructor for, Hearts and Bones Pilates Centre in Nelson.
