Use, care, and maintenance of Spring Movement equipment

Read how to use and care for our Pilates and exercise equipment.

Use and training

We recommend that anyone using the equipment is supervised by a qualified movement specialist. Improper use of the equipment may cause injury. We encourage movement educators to attend our training sessions to learn how to use our equipment correctly and effectively.

Contact Tania for information about training opportunities.

Care and maintenance

It's the owner’s responsibility to keep your Spring Movement equipment in safe working condition. It's also their responsibility to ensure that anyone using the equipment has been properly trained to do so or is supervised appropriately.

Fabric and vinyl cleaning

Clean any marks or soiling promptly. Ordinary dirt and stains can be removed with mild soap and water. Rinse the cleaned area with water and dry with a lint-free cloth.
