Terms and conditions — Spring Movement equipment

Protecting your privacy

Spring Movement is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use personal information you provide for the purpose for which it was provided. We will keep your information secure and will not disclose it to any third party.

Payment

We accept payment by internet banking. All prices are GST inclusive in New Zealand.


Large orders or items — Pilates and balance equipment

  • Order and pay a deposit of 50% of the purchase price through the shopping cart.
  • We'll confirm your order within 2–3 working days.
  • You must pay the remaining 50% owed (plus shipping costs) by internet banking within 5 working days of the order being shipped. Note that currency conversion may add extra fees to this option for international orders.

Shipping costs

You'll be charged a standard shipping rate at checkout. Shipping costs vary according to the size of the order and destination. We'll contact you about final shipping charges. We'll refund you if total costs are less than the amount charged at checkout.


International shipping

​Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs processing and additional charges, which are your responsibility to pay.

Delivery time

Allow 6–8 weeks for your order to be completed. All our equipment is handmade to exacting standards. We'll contact you within 2–3 days of you placing your order with an approximate date when it'll be shipped.

​We set up transport tracking for all orders. International delivery is by courier.
