"If you are movement nerd, you will love the Rock Boards Frank makes. They are not only portable, but made beautifully too out of hand-picked river stones. I got one to play with at home and have now got another to stand on at work. They are the perfect release for feet that like to be stimulated but spend too much time trapped in shoes!! I also use it in handstands, it's a total staple in my life."

"I wanted to let you know how much I am loving the Spring Spine Wheat Bag both for my own use at home and as a mat Pilates teacher.

It is so relaxing to open my shoulders, chest and quads while lying over it. The gentle pressure and warmth along my spine eases my lower back niggles.

For the past year, I have rotated my Spring Spine around my mat Pilates classes as it is invaluable for supporting students to slow their breathing and settle into a relaxed healing space.
