Our manufacturer's warranty

We warrant our equipment to be free of manufacturing defects. This warranty refers to all Spring Movement equipment and covers materials only.

​Spring Movement retains the right to either repair, exchange, or refund the price of any defective components covered under our warranty.

 ​Any parts that are repaired or replaced under the terms of this agreement will be warranted for the remainder of the term of the original warranty.


Conditions

The Spring Movement warranty applies under the following conditions: 

  1. The defect is not the result of normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair or improper service, or exposure to harsh elements (natural or synthetic).
  2. The equipment is not modified in any way.
  3. The equipment is only used in accordance with generally accepted exercise or Pilates practices.
  4. The weight of a person using the equipment does not exceed 110kg.
  5. The warranty claim is made by the original purchaser of this equipment.
  6. The claim is made within the relevant warranty period specified below for the type of equipment. ​


Warranty period

Our warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase and extends to the time limits indicated below.

Products with a
12-month warranty are as follows: 

  • Loop Strap
  • Thigh Cuff
  • Vinyl Loops
  • Spring Spine Wheat Bag.


Products with a
12-month warranty on the frame and structural components only are as follows: 

  • Ladder Barrel
  • Half Barrel
  • Step Barrel
  • Medium Balance Table
  • Mini Balance Table
  • Moon Box
  • Springboard
  • Wunda Chair.


Upholstered and rubber parts are warranted for
90 days.


Spring Movement's returns policy

At Spring Movement, we want you to be happy with the products you have purchased from us.


Faulty products

Contact Frank immediately (details at the bottom of this page) if you believe that you have purchased a faulty product so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If the product is found to be faulty, but it’s something that can be fixed, we may issue a replacement item, or, if a suitable replacement is not available, we may refund you the purchase price.

All repairs will be done in a timely manner, depending on the nature of the repair needed. We will discuss the timeframe with you for the repairs to be completed.

If the fault is serious and the item can not be repaired, we will either refund you or give you a replacement, provided the items have been used:

  • in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty
  • you are able to provide proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind refunds

No refunds will be given for goods if you have simply changed your mind.
